Abigail is Program Officer and Curator of Arts & Culture at the Wagner Foundation. She brings with her an impressive background as the former Curator & Head of Public Engagement at Tufts University Art Galleries, where she organized a variety of exhibitions and public projects including solo projects with Sofía Córdova, Museum of Capitalism, Faheem Majeed, amongst others, and the group exhibition Art for the Future: Artists Call and Central American Solidarities (with Erina Duganne). She also served as Program Director for the Collective Futures Fund, supporting artist-run projects in Greater Boston through The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts. She has extensive experience directing residency, exhibitions, and granting programs at Threewalls in Chicago, cofounding Hand in Glove, a national conference for artist-run culture, and InCUBATE Sunday Soup, an international micro-granting program for artists. She is also an accomplished editor, having published several books including Support Networks and PHONEBOOK, which focus on socially-engaged art and cultural organizing, and the catalogue publication for Art for the Future.
